Purpose, goals, and expected impact of RES-Uni
The main objective of RES-UNI is to develop the knowledge and competencies of academics and students at participating universities in the Western Balkans in the fields of Digital Transformation, Big Data, and Data Management Systems.
The project builds on the experience of leading research universities and promotes international mentoring and knowledge transfer to support institutional modernization and digital innovation.

Project Objectives
Key aims, milestones, and outcomes
The Res-Uni project aims to strengthen the capacities of Western Balkan universities in digital transformation, big data, and data management systems. It develops the knowledge and practical skills of academic staff and students through new curricula, courses, training, mobility, internships, and institutional support structures. The project also promotes holistic coordination among partner universities, inclusive and accessible digital learning, joint research and knowledge exchange, and the application of European Quality Standards. Ultimately, Res-Uni seeks to enhance institutional research and development potential and support partner universities in progressing towards modern, innovative, and internationally connected research universities aligned with EU standards
