Tirana, Albania — November 2025
Barleti University in Tirana hosted a high-level coordination meeting of the RES-UNI Project, bringing together partner institutions to advance strategic outputs, assess ongoing progress, and strengthen regional academic collaboration. Over the course of three days, university teams, researchers, and project coordinators worked intensively on key deliverables that will shape the project’s digital learning strategy and long-term institutional impact.
A major focus of the meeting was the presentation and refinement of two core Work Package 5 deliverables. The UniBa team led an in-depth discussion on their structure, objectives, and expected outcomes, followed by a structured feedback session in which partners evaluated alignment with institutional practices, feasibility, regional relevance, and areas requiring further development. This collaborative process helped consolidate points of consensus and identify outstanding issues to be addressed in the final versions.
Certificates were awarded to trainees, academic staff, and students, underscoring the project’s commitment to capacity building and academic excellence across participating institutions. Partners also visited the Faculty of Applied Sciences and toured the engineering laboratories, strengthening ties with local academic teams and identifying new opportunities for future cooperation.
The meeting in Tirana concluded with the approval of the follow-up schedule and next steps, marking an important milestone in the collective effort to advance digital learning innovation, regional collaboration, and institutional development within the RES-UNI framework.
